• Developing and maintaining sophisticated forecasting and capacity planning using statistical model, workforce management tools. • Create and publish resource planning and scheduling strategy estimates to multiple distributed channel. • Analyse and advice the decision making process for operational metric information in order to effectively quantify capacity planning. • Perform various data analysis and supporting business, management with the creation of various task.

• Providing round the year demand forecast spanning from 15 mins intervals to long run strategic forecast of 18 months and capacity planning for a phone service environment totaling approx. 260 HC representatives at several different location. • Estimating demand forecast by reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast result. • Maintaining strategic capacity planning model, ensuring delivery against operational requirements.

• Use and maintain the JDA Enterprise Planning and allocation software in customer business. • Provide input to the customer in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. • Analyze POS trends and recommend macro level adjustments to the baseline demand plan. • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to the demand planning process
