Academic Semester Project:  Specifically working on home appliances i.e. “Baking Oven” and “Cooking Stove” according to theory of innovation, problem solving and intellectual property (patents) management.  Applying DFX approach for product design & development in all phases i.e. DFM, DFA, DFDA etc.  Responsible for CAD Modelling and analysing critical parts for reliability.

Main Projects:  Designed an industrial oven for Atlas Honda Ltd with 40% less heat losses and 60 % more clean and cost-effective system.  Design an Over Head conveyor for Engine transfer to New Bike Assembly Line for Atlas Honda Ltd.  Re-Design a Green Leaf storage Pallet and Tobacco transfer conveyor for British American Tobacco Pakistan.  Re-Design a Tea Leaf Sifter for Unilever Pakistan with 20% higher sifting capacity.

 Gained Hand-on experience on plant operations  Assisting condition monitoring and Non-Destructive testing

 Gained Hand-on experience about locomotive engine and its different sections  Implementing shutdown and preventive maintenance

 Develop several detailed drawings of different mechanical equipment on Auto CAD.  Done material calculations and define process hierarchy.

Advanced Mechanical Design: Graduation Thesis: Study of Mechanical Behavior of 3D Printed Polymer Part during Sheet metal forming process and simulation of its LCF life estimation using ABAQUS.

Mechanical Design: Thesis: Fabrication car Chassis.
