Responsible for the development and execution of policies, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data life cycle needs of the Jumeirah Group Sales & Marketing. Successfully launched & completed the first data account management initiative within Jumeirah for their CRM including redefining the company's data entry standards.

Along with the the other co-founders of MediaMondaysUAE we have created a brand famous for its quarterly business networking event for all those in the Media, PR and related industries. We provide an open relaxed environment for all levels from within the industry (from CEOs and MDs to junior members). Meetings are held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Analysing the various databases to identify the gaps and build a picture of the GCC Data Universe. Maintaining the data within Maximizer CRM and rolling out the opportunity module across the company. Supporting the Marketing team with all data requirements needed for the implementation of marketing plans. Design, build and execute a variety of queries and reports, including ad hoc requests from a variety of customer databases and systems.
