Lead the architecture and development of a large-scale, high-technology biotechnology automation platform. Design modular PLC software in CODESYS Structured Text and Siemens TIA Portal for distributed control, PID loops, sequencing, interlocks, safe states and diagnostics. Integrate SCADA, instrumentation, industrial networks, motion systems and drives. Develop Java services for OPC UA connectivity, operational logging and resilient data persistence. Returned to PSQ after the company-sponsored factory startup assignment in Russia. Designed and programmed two high-speed packaging machines using CATIA, Siemens TIA Portal PLC/HMI and EPLAN. Integrated machine vision and developed a checkweigher rated for up to 250 products per minute using STM32, Siemens PLC/HMI and load-cell systems. Integrated utility monitoring into production SCADA and established calibration procedures.

Company-sponsored international assignment leading the electrical, instrumentation and automation scope for a greenfield detergent facility in Russia. Programmed and commissioned Siemens S7-1500, WinCC Advanced/Unified and Sinamics G120/V20. Led a 15-person multidisciplinary team through design, panel integration, contractor supervision, commissioning and startup, including two 4 MW substations. Reduced project costs and energy consumption through equipment selection and optimization.

Led PLC/SCADA modernization of detergent-production and packaging equipment. Developed Siemens PLC logic for sequencing, interlocks, process control and Sinamics multi-axis servo/PID applications. Managed instrumentation, electrical panels, P&ID, FAT/SAT and commissioning. Introduced preventive-maintenance practices and systematic fault analysis to improve equipment reliability and availability.

Progressed from E&I Chief to Project Manager while remaining hands-on in PLC/SCADA engineering and commissioning. Designed, programmed and commissioned 50+ PLC-based systems across industrial, power, water, wastewater and infrastructure projects. Delivered Beckhoff TwinCAT multi-axis CNC, a 132-site S7-1200 telemetry SCADA system, wastewater automation and major electrical/control infrastructure projects.

Designed, assembled, tested and commissioned industrial control panels. Supervised assembly teams and supported PLC programmers during wiring, integration, troubleshooting and startup of industrial machinery and electrical/control systems.
