There are a number of aspects to my role. The three key areas are account management, providing expert advice on the products.

Customer services – Carried out refunds and exchanges, resolving customer complaints. Product knowledge – Keeping up to date with the latest technology to advise customers. Cash control – Taking and counting money, banking the stores intake.

Stock control – Looking after stores stock, making sure it was secure and accessible for sale, inclusive of regular audits. Deliveries – Signing and taking accountability for the stock intake, making sure the stock was stored in correct location. Merchandising – Making sure the store is kept to a high standard, with displays being kept up to date via company requirements.
