Ran daily operations for a compact SAP BW landscape (BW on Microsoft SQL Server; team of 3 internal + 2 external). Kept daily data loads current and resolved support tickets for business users. Migration SME for the as-is SAP BW landscape during its move to SQL Server on Azure. Translated business requirements from non-technical units into analytics solutions.
