I lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and key platforms, using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. My work covers SEO, performance content, KPI and ROI tracking, and aligning campaigns with client goals. With a UX/UI and web background, I optimise user flow, content strategy, and digital visibility through a practical, results-driven approach.

ITH began as a single creative hostel and has grown into a boutique hospitality brand with a flagship in Varanasi and curated homestays. As Founder & Director, I shaped the concept, guided its evolution, and built systems for scale. I lead brand strategy, creative direction, digital presence, bookings, and reputation management, working closely with on-ground teams. I also developed Maya, our multilingual AI virtual concierge, enhancing guest experience across properties.

Ether Kreativ is the creative branch of Ether Studio. I lead creative direction, brand development, and visual communication across print, digital, motion, and OOH. The role blends hands-on design with strategy—shaping brand identities, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and delivering clear outcomes across markets including Thailand, Singapore, Germany, and India. I manage projects end to end, aligning aesthetics with marketing goals and maintaining consistent creative standards.
