I have been a software developer for almost two decades now. I consider myself as an organized person and my greatest strength is as a problem solver. I am extremely detail oriented and have the ability to see a situation from different perspectives. I have good commercial awareness and have the ability to work in a team and alone. I have got skills to explain complex issues clearly and am able to learn new skills and technologies quickly. In my present job, I am involved from the initiation phase of a project to the implementation of the project. I am actively involved in planning and development of the project. I have skills and qualities in planning, delegation and execution. I listen to my colleagues, have empathy, motivate and support them as much as I can. I deliver project on time, on budget and to specification. I have honest, open and encouraging communication style. Now I live in Gießen, Germany.
