Design and development of hydrogen tank valve. Tank Valves are designed with interaction of cross functional team to execute the product. Conceptual Designs are done based on customer requirements. Understanding of FEA & CFD simulation results for finalizing the concept. Performing component FEA analysis using Creo simulation and spreadsheet calculations. Designing the components based on component technical requirements, design standards and project expectations.

Design and development of mechanical component (Sheet metal) of elevator system. Converting the old into new elevator system with current technology as per customer requirement. Components (Sub system) are designed, interacting with the cross functional team to execute the product. Creating Mechanical BOM for the elevator.

Worked in Fit & Finish Engineering Department, R&D, TVS MOTOR COMPANY (Deputed). Conceptual design (plastics & sheet metal) based on class A surface with mounting details for two-wheeler products. Concept design preparation and conducting DFMEA for effective failure mode capturing and resolving. Understanding of FEA & CFD simulation results for finalizing the concept. Design considering Homologation requirement and necessary approvals. Designing products by considering DFM, DFA and DFS.

Worked on hydraulic Products; generating 3D CAD model, detailed manufacturing drawings and CAD data management using windchill PDM link; are done based on client requirement. Good knowledge on Bill of Materials, Casting, GD&T, ASME Y14.5, 3D Modeling, Product Data Management, Product Development, Conceptualization and Model Based Definition.
