• Responsible for design of Hub motor for 2-Wheelers using MotorCAD • Responsible for concept design of motor controller • Review of mechanical modelling and drafting • Responsible for the development and testing of proto types • Responsible for quick samples delivery for the customers • Responsible for technical proposals and replies to various customer SORs • Guiding the team on the various issues related to production/process of electric motor assembly

• Responsible for the analysis of Motors and sensors using Ansys Electromagnetic Desktop, SPEED, motor CAD and FLUX software • Responsible for documentation of various stages in the complete process of Motors and sensors till demo/POC hardware • Exploring testing methodology using various drives and controllers

I'm supporting for the testing of engine compartment actuator from last one year. I came to know basics of CANOe, CANAPe and FAMOS software. Prior to it, I was supporting in the modeling and drafting of test fixtures for DC and BLDC motors by using UG Nx software.

I was a magnetic design engineer working in design, development and testing of motors and sensors. I designed several motors (such as BLDC motor, Linear force motor, etc) and sensors (such as Linear Variable Differential Transducer, Hall sensor, etc) using Ansys Maxwell software. The designed motors and sensors were developed under my guidance and I conducted the performance testings.

I was working in Quality assurance department for incoming materials.

I was supervisor for the 66/110/245 KV current transformer assembly line.
