Define the scope and objective of functional and non-functional testing to improve the quality of the software development lifecycle. Preparation of test plans, test scenarios, test case documentation based on user stories. Perform various manual testing like regression testing, system, integration, performance, usability, and end-to-end testing. Design and develop clean, simple, and reusable code for automated testing frameworks, reporting, and maintenance.

- Strongly support the product owner and development teams in their quest to do everything possible and beyond to delight customers. - Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to follow Agile/Scrum practices. - Conduct Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective. - Remove impediments or guide the team on how to identify and remove impediments. - Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Preparation of test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution based on user stories. Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing for Web, API, and mobile applications (Android & iOS). Design and develop the automation framework from the scratch and maintain the high levels of the code. Create and maintain a bug report, and tracking the status of bugs. Support the customer and help them to resolve the queries or bugs.

- A good comprehension of manual and basics of automation testing. - Ability to perform feature, regression, and performance testing. - Write highly efficient manual test cases and creating a bug report. - Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and be resourceful. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and enthusiasm.
