My accountabilities are to meeting with clients and presenting design rationales. Further lead in production of designing to make sure in time delivery of required design. Managing project on priority basis such as new sites, current site expansion, functional enhancements etc.

Present research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales to clients. Work with key stakeholders to maintain the brand from a creative standpoint. Requirements include new sites, current site expansion/refresh, functional enhancements, brand reinforcement and mini-sites for events/services. Work with an interdisciplinary team that includes various level graphic designers, project managers, software architects, marketing professionals, and executive leadership.

Assist the team as a whole in achieving its tasks and in operating together as an effective team. Represent the team to and communicate with the relevant levels of management. Encourage full participation. Foster a positive team spirit. Lead any presentations to management. Take ultimate responsibility for team decisions, progress, and results. Call meetings and Set the schedule for meetings. Keep team progress on track and Keep discussion on the topic.
