In my current position, I'm mentored with grinding Operation of turbo vanes used for high performance turbo chargers. Operations on CNC machineries like CMT VECTOR NANO, ELB SURFACE GRINDING and MAXTEK. Knowledge on six sigma SPC with DMAIC approach. Reducing the process time and making smoother manufacturing environment by applying all the quality concepts.
I'm mentored with the gear grinding operation of gear wheels used in wind turbine gearboxes. Knowledge on Advanced German CNC machines and its operations like Gleason Pfauter P1200G, P1600G and Hofler Rapid 800. continous improvements like Kaizens, 5S etc. are practiced. Manufacturing environment knowledge like TPM, GMP, six sigma, Lean manufacturing etc. ERP system command: EIQMI, MES Adaptive and flexible to new processes.
