Mein Aufgabenbereich als Werkzeug und Formenbau Manager liegt in: - Betreuen und beraten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachstellen im Bereich Werkzeug und Formenbauentwicklung. - Erstellung und Überwachung von Terminplänen (Milestone), Projektbudgets und Qualitätsanforderungen - Koordination, Realisierung, Weiterentwicklungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen vom Formenbau und Prototypen. - Ergebnisse analysieren, Berichte erstellen und resultierende Maßnahmen ableiten und einführen.
