Atdhe Lila

Atdhe holds an advanced LL.M degree in Law and Digital Technologies from the University of Leiden. His field of expertise varies from Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Privacy & Data Protection, Cyber Law and Legal Research and Writing. Atdhe is a private legal consultant, working with companies of varying sizes; in different industries and from different countries, primarily offering commercial and technology law related services. Atdhe also works a Data Protection Officer and as a Researcher and Trainer in the field of Commercial and Technology Law. In the past, Atdhe has worked as a Senior Legal Officer for the Government of Kosovo, where he assisted in drafting national laws/regulations and helped in EU legal approximation. He has also been a member of research teams primarily focusing on Disruptive Technologies, their risks and how to regulate them, harmonized with Cyber-Security and online privacy.
