While working at HG Food I have gained deep insights in trading deep frozen fruits and vegetables for the German food processing industry. As a sales and purchasing assistant I was working closely with suppliers around the world in order to find the best product for the customer. Frequent communication with producers and customers helped me to develop new product opportunities.

During my internship at this company I was able to get a deep understanding of the automotive industry while simultaneously working on or helping with various HR tasks. These included recruitment, safety briefings, employer branding and determining sickness absence and turnover rates. Furthermore, I assessed and compared the working methods of the external recruitment agencies that were working with Unipres UK Ltd.
