Operations for Freiburg station (on-site) and two stations in Austria(remote) 1.Designing the most efficient route plan meeting the forecast and available sources. 2 Fixing all the major problems arise in the Amazon E-commerce Supply Chain of my stations from inbound, dispatch,on-road and fulfillment. 3. Leading and motivating a large group of people in different departments on-site and remotely. 4. Maintaining quality and safety in the stations.
