Managing a team of eight and responsible for daily technical operations, setting goals, enforcing policies, managing R&D projects execution with time plan and cost management responsibility. • Established R&D center within the scope of related law for creating an innovation center. • Carried out project and document management together with university collaborations within the scope of TÜBİTAK projects. • Built up the coordination between R&D department with production, sales and marketing teams.

I worked as a Project Engineer in a local company which produces aluminum profiles and growing in EMEA region. During this position I met with the customer for every single project and reviewed specifications of their projects. After the meeting I started to design new products according to customer’s requirements. After preparing the order released I prepared the documents such as drawings, BOM lists for production line and installation instructions for customer.

I worked as an Operations Manager at a newly established Tier 1 company. As an operations manager I have managed many subjects such as handling a business plan, planning of production line, regulation of warehouse area, buying required machinery and equipment for production area, recruitment, negotiation with supplier companies, management of new customer relationship.

I worked almost 8 years as design engineer, order manager and R&D project manager of medium voltage switchgears in Siemens Turkey. Also I was the admin of CAD software programme (Siemens NX) in Turkey plant.
