The purpose of the role is to spearhead the internal marketing of the portal; drive staff awareness through regular communications and initiatives with the Group; manage the rewards and recognition elements, the redevelopment of the Group’s website and be an active member of any commercialization project team.

Receive calls (Input into daily fault reporting software interface ) Call update / closure Consolidate incidents where there are a number of them referring to a specific incident Ensure that high priority incidents receive the proper attention Monitor call progress Interface with technicians to update, resolve and close calls/incidents Interfacing with other Call Coordinators and Front & Back Office to ensure satisfactory progress on calls Adhere to Contract escalation and notification processes.

Monitoring of 11 networks with over 300 sites. Monitoring the electronic distribution of content via satellite. Traffic management.
