• Regional service delivery manager with responsibilities including: defining and implementing global and regional WAN/xWDM hardware, security and design standards as well as capacity and budget management, access approval and management, vendor negotiations and client relationship management • Managed the implantation on-site of new Datacenter infrastructure in the UK, Japan, Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong. • Led the Swiss DWDM hardware lifecycle project in Zurich, Basel and Geneva

• Responsible for defining and implementing regional SAN hardware and design standards as well as budget, inventory and capacity management including quarterly bulk order presentation and hardware procurement. • Co-designed and implemented the Swiss Core/Edge SAN Network using Cisco MDS hardware totaling over 5000 client ports and 1 Petabyte of total storage • Managed the Regional SAN Product Lifecycle project replacing Brocade/McData devices with Cisco MDS
