Writing automation jobs (shell script/nsh script). Up-gradation of BSA component (App Server, Agent etc) in prod and test environment. Linux patching using BSA, Setup of standalone and High availability database automation for DB provisioning, upgradation, patching and DB admin activities

Involve in configuration, customization of workflow change management, approval server, Worked on Bladelogic System Package/Virtual Guest Package and AO component. Wrote build document, prepare System test case, unit test case for customer. Testing, defect fixing and enhancement request found during UAT. Trained customers on usage of application. Worked with co-partner and technical team of customers, R&D and support of BMC. ITSM data migration using DDM (Delta Data migration).
