In this role, I oversee the bank's Mortgage product portfolio and strategy. I support the retention and growth of the Property Financing and Mortgage Portfolio through ensuring that superior product development and management, sales, operational and customer service deliverable are met by ensuring implementation of a sales culture within the team; effective risk management framework and inculcating customer service excellence to achieve growth and profitability, through efficient utilization of resources

In this role I was responsible for developing and implementing effective consumer lending products for their organization. I was in charge of creating banking service and product initiatives that can increase company profitability, as well as building customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

In this role, my role was to develop and maintain detailed business plans for corporate schemes. Work with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements. Conduct business reviews with clients on periodic basis. Contact and follow-up on qualified clients for new opportunities.

In this role, I was responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions. I also played a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.
