Create and Manage Sales: Provide technical and commercial expert sales support to identify, develop & win sales for the “Subscriber Data Management (SDM)” business unit in the Africa and Middle East regions. The SDM solutions focus on storing subscriber information in GSM/UMTS/LTE mobile networks. It includes products like HLR, HSS, AAA, EIR and MNP. Understand customers’ requirements and needs and propose the corresponding NSN solution.
Pre-Sales Support: Provided technical sales support to the account teams and worked closely with NSN product management to position GSM/UMTS/LTE core network products and solutions in the best way possible. Defined offered products and solutions (Technical Description, Configuration, BOM). Coordinated between the customer, the product management team and the R&D teams to well define and document change requests and customer specific developments.
Developed a custom client-server application for another Siemens Department as part of the “Corporate Phone Framework” project which provides clients with customized applications for handheld (PDA) devices.
Designed object recognition & 3D pose estimation software, as part of a major research project and improved the previous version of the software. Collaborated with other members of the department to incorporate the created software into the main project.
