As Project Manager and TL, I performed several energy and facility audits as well as completed a feasibility Study for HVAC and Utilities in Tian Jin’s New Exhibition Center. As PM, I was responsible for the commissioning and operation of all MEP systems in the new PCB plant of “Celestica” in Suzhou. Furthermore, I had responsibility of deficiency improvements, Facility Management set-up and Energy Conservation Measures during plant operation.
