Support end-to-end onboarding of energy systems onto etaONE, structuring digital twins and mapping BMS/MQTT/OPC UA datapoints across chillers, pumps, HVAC, and thermal networks. Validate time-series data, calibrate component models, and evaluate KPIs/sensor plausibility for AI optimization (eta_opt/eta_control). Support fallback design, acceptance testing, and safe transition to autonomous control while creating energy/cost/CO₂ dashboards and translating results into client-ready insights.

Developed Modelica/Dymola thermodynamic models for ultra-low-dewpoint (-60°C) industrial sorptive air-drying systems in lithium-ion battery production. Formulated process optimization using genetic algorithms, parameter sweeps, and sensitivity analyses—reducing simulated energy demand by up to 13.8% while securing dew-point stability. Supported energy-efficient HVAC designs for cleanroom/GMP-like environments, evaluating efficiency vs. cost trade-offs and delivering insights to key stakeholders.

Coordinated KPI performance optimization for a 6,000 TR district-cooling plant, evaluating load distribution, chiller sequencing, and system COP. Improved average COP from 5.2 to 5.35 and cut electricity use by ~2% (2.5–3.0 GWh/yr) via condenser-setpoint and sequencing tweaks. Reduced unnecessary chiller runtime by 300–400 hrs/yr using load-based dispatch logic while delivering structured performance reports for client and asset stakeholders.

As a Utilities and HVAC Engineer at Canon Home Appliances, I conducted energy audits, developed Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans, and oversaw the successful implementation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). I managed critical systems, such as injection molding machines, cooling towers, and central air conditioning, to optimize efficiency and promote sustainability.

I interned as a Mechanical Engineer at WAPDA, Pakistan's head office, gaining valuable insights during my one-month tenure. I focused on observing and analyzing the central air conditioning system, contributing to my understanding of large-scale HVAC systems.

I interned at SNGPL's Faisalabad head office and compression station, with a special focus on a cogeneration plant featuring a gas turbine and absorption chiller. This experience deepened my knowledge of complex energy systems.
