Developing niche trading transaction for specific commodities in specific regions

1) Coordinate and maintain day to day bank relationship. 2) Develop new banking relationship to increase trade finance line to support business. 3) Perform trade finance requirements of Prometheus linked to any commercial contracts. 4) Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process. 5) Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.

For all traded products: 1) Structured & Project Finance: evaluated and implemented various financing: pre-export finance, tolling, inventory on limited risk recourse basis (about $235mio). 2) Corporate Finance/ M&A (about $50mio): analysed, assessed (via due diligence process) and designed financing structures for potential investments and corporate matters (potential acquisition, joint-venture, litigation) and holding some director position to safeguard shareholders interest.

Main tasks 1) managed the existing clients portfolio, learnt process of the internal banking structure such as rating model, write up of credit proposal, country risk limits, risk portfolio management; 2) established and maintained contacts with potential and existing clients to source and develop custom tailored financings solutions (about $175mio) based on Fortis bank different banking products.

For all the product lines traded by the Noble Group in the EMEA region (about $300mio) 1) Structured Commodity Finance: Formulated various structured financing requirements pre-export: for Sugar, 3 years for Aluminium and for Steel; 2) In-House Corporate Finance / M&A: looked for a possible investment for assets related to a grain terminal in the Black Sea region and other investments in Russia.

Raised structured commodities financings for Northern Africa, Latin America, the Balkans and central Asia. Successfully formulated various structured financing requirements for different steel contracts to secure profitable source of steel supply.
