Leading a 50+ member team in GMP-compliant cell culture and Dengue virus production. Developed training programs, created manufacturing instructions, and ensured GMP standards. Drove process improvements by optimizing specs, reducing downtime, and managing deviations, CAPAs, and changes.

Identified and established key relationships with industry and academic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and the collaboration led to the development of a large animal model for demyelinating diseases. Mentored and trained cross-cultural M.Sc. and M.D. students, team members facilitating successful career placements and projects.

Effectively communicated complex medical and scientific information, fostering collaborative relationships, and resulting in editorship offers. Explored immune therapeutics and contributed to several publications.
