Job Role: Onsite customer support, Field visits, Troubleshooting, Implementation of Sales processes, Scheduling appointments and meetings, Planning and participating in Industrial exhibitions, Training and Installation of equipment, Commissioning and annual Inspection. Customers and Clients: Volvo, Scania, Daimler Benz, Volvo-Eicher, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, ISRO, etc. and many Automotive dealers and service centers all across India.

Exposure to the working principles and policies in the field of Quality inspection, Suspension, Air and Vacuum Brake systems, Interior Fittings, Robotic Painting systems and Engine systems of Indian railways. Introduction to Indo-German modification of ICF Railway coaches.

Trained in systematic vehicle service handling methods, Warranty claims processing and accident analysis, periodic overhauling, vehicle body repair, Electronic control unit (ECU) Diagnosis, Wiring diagram tracing and inspection, Gear box adaptation and analysis, Engine testing and Total Quality Control (TQC) principles of Toyota.
