Organize of task distribution of the team and following the performing of the team. - Purchasing of requested construction chemicals, raw materials (cellulose, polymers) and equipments - Following of the process from order to delivery. - Reporting monthly procurement and stock status to Manager.

Purchasing of indirect materials (promotional, stationary, chemicals, spare parts, consumables etc) & local service (long term car rental, training, organizations etc), market research, support to accounting department for financial subjects, support to budget & finance department for annual budget of supply department,regularly supply of the minimum stock material, monthly reporting of supply activities to manager, ,following of the import process.Preparing of supplier contracts

Sales of aircraft materials(spare parts), supply consumables and components of an aircraft, at the same time responsible with the very first project which is conversion of passenger aircrafts to the cargo, and their maintenances, contact with the supplier, evaluate of the offers and make a decision for the optimum, organize the shipping details and following the process until the parts come into the storage.
