I work with teradyne IG-XL for test and use Automatic Test Equipment to prove and analyse the test concept. In addition, I analyse the collected data to draw conclusions on the topic.

I got the experience of developing test concept and optimizing test programs during my internship at Infineon. I also got the chance to work with teradyne Flex testers and on the DC/DC converter modules(Buck/Boost convereters) for an automotive body power mixed signal IC. Besides I had the chance to learn project management skills while on this job.
