• The implementation of two workshops such as Hoshin and Muda Hunting in the cargo door frame line (gain 100% productivity). • The hunting of waste and balancing production workstations . • improving working conditions through the implementation of ergonomic solutions and deployment of the 5S method.

• Preparing for implementation of ISO14001 : • identify environmental risks and develop a management system environmental. • Proposing corrective actions and environmental management program.

• Organization of the workshops vehicles (scheduling, implementation of 5S), • Development of a computer application for the distribution of daily tasks).
