• Management of Q-Lab project validation activities (planning and coordination project plan and organizing test Q-lab activities and human source) • Compiling, interpretation and analyses of test results and reporting to management. • Ensuring product quality procedures and standards during product development (APQP) • Analyzing quality claims and complaints.

- Leading team members in order to be made diagnostic activities of the FCA Bursa plant's chassis components related quality problem. - Determining root and confirmation cause of complex chassis components related quality problems by using problem solving methodologies (Plant and aftersales issues) - Mobilising related responsibilities units to make risk mitigation/recovery plan of the problems. - Participating quality improvement activities with R&D and other quality sections.

- Managing and assuring the geometrical and functional integration of vehicle dynamics components during project development phases - Making the preliminary part design and working with component responsible to finalize the design - Coordinating and mobilising functionally and geometrically interacting units to ensure all parts working in harmony regarding to project requirement - Preparing project vehicles and following-up of project approval processes at the vehicle level based on project requirements

- Engine related components and equipment proposal and designing by UG CAD Programme. - Vehicle engine and engine components integration according to vehicle integration layout norms and computional visual analysing. - Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables. - Carrying out Tubitak (Goverment supported Research and Development programmes) Projects.

Delphi Automotive Systems/Electricity Harness Factory, Bursa (Turkey) - Devoloping and improving production requirements and if needed designing equipments by using CAD progamme (by CATIA). - Commissioning of the equipments and providing the seamlessly operating of production equipments with suppliers. - Leading technical issue resolution for products and manufacturing.

- Sustainable product Design - Computer-Aided Engineering Design and Analysing Thesis will be based on; Crack Propagation Path Analysis Using Finite Element Method (by Ansys Structure)
