Responsibilities :  Performing all operational duties of Turkey’s main GPON Gigabit Passive Optical Network & Active Ethernet fiber network in the Aegean Region. Commisioning Ethernet Switch, OLT and ONT (Ericsson and Alcatel) configuration  Implementation, operation, optimization, troubleshooting and monitoring over 700 devices.  Resolving incidents and problems onsite and remotely.  Collaborating with other nationwide operation teams.

Responsibilities :  Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of NGN VoIP network of 12 POPs throughout Turkey Veraz IMS and Soft switch operations  Writing reports for monthly total voice traffic data using SQL database
