Participating in the SUI project (Single Information System), which aims to implement a solution that would manage the electricity business information to respond to regulators. Analyzing the information provided by the units and ensuring consistency of it, based on historical data; and performing statistics, studies and reports on its scope. Ensuring compliance with the stipulated dates for submission of reports.

Responsible for the orientation of the IT Service Management System, based on established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Developing and maintaining the service desk Incident and Request Management systems, with focus on efficiency and effectiveness; reporting improvement opportunities and management data.

Responsible for the availability of the infrastructure and technology services according to their SLA. Also in charge of the operation and continued improvement of the TIC service desk. Ensuring the Data Centre of the Directorate of Information and Communications Technology operated correctly. Managing the scanning and video-conference services. - Reason for leaving: trip to England for English course.

Teaching the subject to engineering students.

To ensure the correct functioning of the process of identity cards for students, staff, contractors and suppliers to the University, according to the policies established by the institution. Responsible for the Access Control System and managing the payroll clock system.

Teaching computer science. Manage registration system of notes, print newsletters, and support teachers in the area of technology.

Processing information and supporting activities developed by the Academic Direction of Engineering.

Development of a draft analysis and design software for handling company requests.

Supporting activities like logistic, consultancy, investigation, planning, documentation and extension developed by the department.
