Managed metrological traceability for flow calibration protocols (FCP) and developed uncertainty budgets for mobile rigs and FCP8.6 platforms. Led in-lab/onsite calibrations to ISO 17025 and 4185 standards. Authored GDP-compliant SOPs and acted as regional QMS SME, guiding audits and inter-laboratory validation. Commissioned flowmeters, level transmitters, and analytical systems while capturing field insights to optimize reliability and reduce downtime.

Spearheaded QMS implementation to ISO 17025:2017, achieving accreditation in 4 months. Developed the uncertainty budget for the FCP8 Flow Meter Calibration Facility. Performed high-precision in-lab flow calibrations (gravimetric, ISO 4185) and onsite verification of level and analytical sensors. Bridged field operations and product solutions by assessing system faults and providing direct technical feedback for E+H product improvement.

Designed and developed the Flow Meter Calibration Facility and a custom LabVIEW data acquisition system. Expanded the lab's scope and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Commissioned, troubleshooted, and calibrated GE/ABB flowmeters, moisture probes, and auxiliary instruments (mass, pressure, temperature). Created customized onsite calibration solutions and updated QMS documents for compliance audits.

Executed high-accuracy calibration of flow meters and auxiliary instruments. Prepared comprehensive calibration reports and mathematical uncertainty calculations. Managed the data acquisition system and maintained LabVIEW programming. Played a key role in the commissioning of the Multi-Viscous Laboratory at FCRI. Gained foundational metrology experience through CV testing on valves and ensuring schedule adherence across two dedicated laboratories.
