I have presented the loading calculation data of cold rolling mill. Here I have found the value for work-piece contact of length, average flow stress, etc. I got to learn about PLTCM, how it works. In rolling to get high accuracy in the output thickness of the strip, the AGC (Automatic Gauge Control system is used. I got to learn about industrial environment and TCM i.e. a series of 4 to 6 high mills are used one after the other.
