Doing a lot of magic, hell yeah!! Cool teammates, without the bullshit democracy

They made me a team lead because there was no one else to deal with it, + there was no one to blame for the missed deadlines, xd. I agreed, why not? I got some interesting experience in management, conducted tons of interviews, sat through a bunch of bullshit calls/meetings as usual. At first, I was coding alongside the team, but over time, I coded less and less. Eventually, I managed to set up the development process so that the team could handle things on their own, I just steered the flow.

The senior developer left the company, and I took over the management of web projects (even though I was a newcomer, he trusted me with this honor). We kept developing all sorts of interesting things, especially improving internal software. Deployment was a mess some things were deployed manually, which annoyed me. Finally, I had the freedom to make decisions, so I set up a proper CI/CD pipeline, and everything became much more streamlined.
