Supervised successfully more than 1000 RTN 900/600/300 series MW links installation. Maintained visibility of NEs from another vendors ALU/ZTE/NSN/Ericsson/NEC. Uploaded more than 2000 NEs (RTN900/600/300) on U2000. Supported all completed 3000 link project from installation to commission & to make it visible on U2000 server. Supervised installation of XPIC link 2+0, 1+0, 2+2 HSB, 1+SD, 2+SD, 4+SD, 4+0. Configured new links and monitored all the KPI’S.

Performed Drive Test activities in Idle and Dedicated mode to check the coverage, quality and Data rate of the new site. Was responsible for Drive Test (PreDrive, Post Drive), physical audit of Antenna Azimuth, Height & Tilt Planning Performed Drive Test activities in Idle and Dedicated mode to check the coverage, data rate. Made the thematic of the collected log files in MapInfo Professional 11.0. Tools used were TEMS Investigation 10.0.5 and MapInfo 9.0 and 11.0
