• Organize the production in the workshop equiped with CNC machines (5-axis milling and turn-mill centers, coordinate measuring machine, waterjet cutting machine, grinding machine and etc.). • Organize and monitor of the workshop activity. • Lead and manage the team. • Ensure the safety, cleanliness and the quality. Managed successful certification of precision mechanics workshop for manufacturing of mechanical parts for satellites by Airbus Defence and Space.

• Write or edit programs for CMM. • Ensure that CMM is in working condition and properly calibrated. • Determine program requirements based on design and engineering requirements. • Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production control Management in the execution of process flow through the CMM. • Identify engineering and design GD&T issues and errors creating ambiguity in the manufacturing and inspection process. Works with Team to apply process improvement.
