Worked as a UX designer on a long-term project online restaurant reservation application, based in Bahrain. Tasks included: Implementation of an effective user-centric design (UCD) approach, Drafting of technical documentation for UI audits and quality assurance, Presentation of UX designs and solutions to senior staff, evangelizing for user-centric design decisions and Conducting thorough user research, identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Designed products for the Canadian and American demographics and participated in design challenges. Won 1st prize for a design challenge from an Italian company, AUTEC. My responsibilities also included managing an in-house physical game design. The duties included testing and documentation. Streamlined production processes by implementing efficient manufacturing techniques. Reduced time-to-market for new products by streamlining the design process and incorporating rapid prototyping techniques.
