•Lead the testing activities for the Upgrades, Deployments, and Implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM. •Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL), Including Data loading into HCM Fusion using (HDL). •Configuring the setup and Fast Formulas for Oracle Core HR, Absence, Workforce structure, and Compensation modules. •Extending HCM Fusion Pages using Page Composer and HCM Experience Design Studio. •Maintaining the Integrations of Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Oracle ERP and HCM (Fusion and E-Business) • Creation of BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) analysis and dashboards for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Financials. • Development of database objects (packages, procedures, views, etc.) to provide custom functionality within the Oracle Applications using SQL/PLSQL). • Extraction, transformation and loading for Oracle E-business and Oracle Fusion.

-Responsible for development reports using Report Builder, OTBI, BIP, and BI publisher and Bursting BIP reports. -Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate Oracle on-premises (EBS Payroll) with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, and Salesforce sales APP with Oracle (EBS) using Oracle Standard APIs. -I contribute to extending Oracle Cloud (SaaS) by designing, developing, and maintaining third-party applications deployed in (PaaS), which call Oracle cloud SaaS REST APIs and BIP Report web service.

Program Using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL. -Use XML Publisher, and BI Publisher Reporting Tools. - Forms Personalization and Customization. - Upload Data Using APIs and Open Interface. - Prepare AIM Business Flows Documents For PO, AP, INV and PA Modules. - Write Technical Design Documents for Conversions, Personalization, and Reports. - Collaborate Well with Project Management, Business analysts, and Department Management Teams.

Provide support to all Dynamics GP implementation: WennSoft Job Costing (Audit Costing, Billing and Jobs Status), Purchasing (PO, Receiving Transactions and Payables Transactions) and Sales reports across the group. -Provide MIS reports for the Business users. -Coordinate with division users regarding business and technical requirements.
