Working for my family business to support technical and administrative issues. Responsible in particular for the installation of business systems, also company's iOS app Efatur Servis, which in one of the front runners in the local market.

Preparing workshop documents, keeping up meeting minutes during whole day workshops, gathering business requirements to application specific functional design, preparing Blueprint documents with detailed business process flows, doing customizing, preparing test scenarios, test documents and user manuals.

Responsible for providing administrative services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations in my family owned business.

Preparing the handbooks of the Grundig company (under Arcelik association) products in English and German language.
