As an IT Senior Specialist, I have a wide range of responsibilities spanning various areas. I am accountable for the successful implementation of Aftersales Systems and the procurement process for IT vendors in Europe. Also, I manage multiple IT vendors across Europe, India, and China, ensuring adherence to business requirements and project timelines. I also play a crucial role in planning and executing IT systems rollout in EU countries, while providing timely support and maintenance services to retailers.

As the Business Analyst, my responsibilities included understanding client requirements from a European perspective, coordinating with offshore development teams for sprint planning, assisting clients during UAT, and ensuring accurate deployment in production after obtaining client sign-off.

As the Lead Business Analyst, I was responsible for effectively managing a team of Business Analysts, providing expert guidance on critical topics, and driving efficiency by promptly addressing blockers from both the client and development perspectives. My primary objective is to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions to meet our clients' expectations through the collective efforts of my team.
