Current research focuses on uncovering the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying bone homeostasis, skeletal aging, and sex-specific bone remodeling. Using genetically modified mouse models, lineage tracing, advanced microscopy, next-generation sequencing, organoid systems, and molecular analyses, I investigate the interactions between bone vasculature, skeletal stem/progenitor cells, and bone marrow adipocytes to better understand bone health and disease.
