Worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for the Customer Care unit within the Business Development team. The Team focused on projects aimed at identifying opportunities for new customer facing solutions and support the reinvention of the customer care proposition. Using the Business Analysis skill, was able to convey the requirements broken down into Technical and Non-Technical terms within teams.

Worked as an Operations Analyst, part of the Healthcare Performance Technologies organization specifically within the Standards and Analytics team. The team focused on using data-driven insights to improve internal business operations and client key performance indicators. Additionally, being part of Project Management Office team, I was also working with my Business Analysis and Technical skills to serve as a resource to support our vendor products to have consistent reporting and standards

Worked with the responsibilities to be able to recognize, anticipate and concentrate on the specific needs of the customers. Both the business strategy and day-to-day operations were based on the feedback that we get from our customers and to work building more satisfied customers. Worked with the Business Intelligence team with mission being to unlock the power of our data by finding innovative ways to analyze, organize, integrate, and visualize information.
