Senior Consultant and leading team of 45 persons  Perform system administration (primarily Windows & VMware) such as system healthcheck, security patching, problem resolution, capacity planning, system performance tuning and system installation / configuration.  Conduct annual disaster recovery planning exercise and follow up with DR procedure updates.

Project: IBM (National Health Group) - Senior Consultant leading team of 8 members  Responsible for day today system and application operational support for NHG (National Health Group, Singapore) clients

Customer environment replication using VMWare ESX 5.0/5.5 for application testing purposes. (VMWare vSphere Replication and Vmotion).  Server provisioning (Windows 2k8 and 2k12, RHEL, Scientific Linux and ESX), both hardware and VM based. Server Patching & Updates Installation | HP Blade & enclosure FW/Drivers update + ILO FW updates. EVA && 3PAR disk maintenance.

 Involved V2V (Virtual to Virtual) and P2V (Physical to Virtual) migration with datacenter team.  Setting up virtual machines on VMware ESX Hosts which include all OS platforms (Linux and windows)  Migration on VM’s to different datastore using Storage VMotion.  Working with ESX host capacity issues (Ram,CPU,Storage), Using V-Motion Migrated to different ESX Host.

Project: bioMerieux Global Delivery. Roles and Responsibilities:  Installation of Physical server through ILO and VM Server.  Installing the file and print service role in server 2008, configuring EQUITRAC network printers.  Installing distributed file system creating DFS namespace, configuring DFS replication in 2003 and 2008 servers.  Managed HP blade servers and dell power edge servers.  Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and WSUS related problems.
