Balazs took charge to transform Telenor (the last "mobile only" operator) to a full scale provider with competitive entertainment and access services for the homes . Reporting directly to the CMO, he built a team to execute strategy with both organic and inorganic components. Balazs accounted for the full delivery: go to market, positioning, business planning, customer experience design and delivery of underlying technologies. He contributed to PPF Group's regional deliverables (streaming platform, devices)

Balázs responsible for delivering future production model for for Deutsche Telekom’s video products serving 3+ million users with 300+million EUR revenue across 7 CEE countries. Set the pace for 50 highly educated engineers, distributed across region in a rapidly changing technology environment of streaming video and payTV. Balázs filled in various roles: founding member setting up the unit, run demand management and finished as head of unit. Served as Managing Director of DT Pan-Net Hungary Ltd.
