Responsible for operational and strategic sourcing in the region (8 offices) * Searching for and negotiating with tier 1 and tier 2 recruitment vendors (job boards, social network providers, media & sourcing agencies) with focus on IT & Financial Services' needs * Preparing P&L and source efficiency analysis, Sourcing Key Advisor to HR and Recruitment Management * Ensuring the desired daily CV flow by using multiple sources * Phone screening and interviewing short listed candidates etc.

Head of Research at Karrier Hungaria Ltd. (10-months-long project during EDLINGTON) * Invited to set up a Research Department for the Executive Search division * Selecting and training researchers * Research Database management

Tasks as a Partner and Research Director * Process development, creating functions and operations * Full responsibility for the research methodology and capacity of the firm * Hiring, training and managing research colleagues (1 senior, 2 junior researchers) * Building up and maintaining a nationwide research database * Key Account Management, participating in the Sales process * Making trainings and Assessment Centres for the clients' researchers * Client presentations about new trends etc.
