I direct an international team and manage an enormous budget. My focus is on leading the supply chain, concentrating on category management, supplier development, quality, building international strategic sourcing teams, and implementing the global sourcing strategy and roadmap. Despite not having much time to impact the organization, to date my team and I have delivered millions in savings by mitigating supply chain shortages through best-cost countries activities and renegotiating existing agreements.

In Kopter Group AG - a Leonardo Helicopter Division Company - I directed aerospace suppliers and I controlled a multi-million budget. Seeing a good team with room for improvement, I revamped and led the procurement and supply chain teams and creating a procurement center of excellence. During my engagement with the company, I successfully managed a complex multi-billion merger and integration, realized substantial cost savings, improved OTDc, OTDr, and OTQ and increased customer service profitability.

My team consisted of internal members and hundreds of suppliers. I managed a multi-billion budget and was accountable for deliveries of defined finished products across Europe.
