- Key Analyst in Distribution Network Optimization for dairy companies in Australia & Europe, main activities: • Analyzed Sales, Transport, and Inventory KPIs (e.g., Service Level, Days of Inventory, Truck Utilization) for dairy networks across Australia and Europe. • Create Cost model to simulate the operation cost of future networks. • Facilitated internal team coordination and deliverable tracking. Key results: • Recommendation for a decentralized distribution network, which increases the resilience

- Participated in a Distribution Network Optimization project for dairy companies in Thailand & supported cleaning and analysis, in which the recommendation suggested of consolidation of shipments, trip rate negotiation, and portfolio review. - Restructure performance reports based on the provided template and KPIs to have the standard for supply chain network performance analysis. - Build a new interactive dashboard in Shiny R Package to display KPIs.

Project: Implement SAP ERP for an algaculture corporation. Responsibility: - Test the business processes configured in SAP S/4 HANA - Write test cases for User Acceptance Testing in Deploy stage - Write the user-manual and support training the end-users

- Learn the production line for furniture products - Analyze data to evaluate the Level of Lean Manufacturing Application on Headboard's production line by using Lean Assessment Tools. - Use DMAIC problem-solving technique to define root causes and suggest the improvement project.
